Scalable Manufacturing

Printed Solar is manufactured using advanced roll-to-roll printing processes rather than conventional silicon photovoltaic production methods.
Using carbon-based semiconducting materials printed onto flexible recyclable substrates, Printed Solar enables ultra-lightweight solar technology with lower material intensity and scalable manufacturing capability – without reliance on silicon wafers or conventional silicon supply chains.
The manufacturing approach is designed around lightweight materials, flexible integration and circular manufacturing principles, supporting a new generation of lightweight renewable energy infrastructure.

Recycling

Unlike other energy technologies, Printed Solar has been designed to be fully recyclable from the start.
